Welcome to Moonstone Cleaning. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
Moonstone Cleaning provides post-construction cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial janitorial services. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that we deem unsafe, unreasonable in scope, or otherwise outside the range of services we offer.

3. Bookings and Approvals
All bookings must include accurate details about the property, scope of work, and any special requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring the information provided at the time of booking is correct. Moonstone Cleaning is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate service resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. A deposit or full payment may be required prior to service, depending on the job. We accept payment by the methods indicated at the time of booking. Applicable taxes will be added to all invoices in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable advance notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Moonstone Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or equipment issues.

6. Access to Property
The customer is responsible for ensuring Moonstone Cleaning staff have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If access cannot be obtained, a fee may apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing or removing any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to service. Moonstone Cleaning is not liable for damage to improperly stored or pre-existing damaged items.

8. Satisfaction and Claims
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may assess and, where appropriate, remedy the concern. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability
Moonstone Cleaning's liability is limited to the value of the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Moonstone Cleaning and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date at moonstonecleaning.ca.
